Built by a founder
1 new client / month through 2026

I build the engine.
You approve the post.

A Telegram bot writes tomorrow's LinkedIn, X, and video drafts in your voice. You approve in 5 minutes each morning. Publer schedules to your accounts. The system runs without you.
5 minutes a morning replaces 3 hours of writing a week. You stay the founder.

Outlast Agency
bot · online
7:30 AM Good morning. Tomorrow's content (Mon). — LINKEDIN — li 1: Most agencies sell time. I sell systems. Their incentive: ship more. Mine: ship less, work better. When my client posts 4 instead of 14, that is a feature. — X TWEETS — x 1: Built a Telegram bot that reviews tomorrow's content for me each morning. 5 minutes of approvals replaces 2 hours of writing.

x 2: Pipeline rendered 7 LinkedIn drafts this week. 5 scheduled. 2 edited. 0 written manually. Math works. — REDDIT OPS — 3 reply opportunities in r/SaaS, r/solopreneur, r/Entrepreneur.
Reply: "li 1" to schedule, "edit x 2: shorter" to rewrite.
li 1, x 1, x 2 7:34 AM
7:34 AM Scheduled. 1 LinkedIn for 14:00. 2 X tweets at 14:00 + 20:00. See you tomorrow.

How it works

Voice capture

One discovery session. 40 voice signals. Real examples from your existing posts become the prompt. No templates.

Engine ships in 1 week

Telegram bot, validator, Publer connect, optional video pipeline. I build it. You stay in your day job.

5 minutes a morning

Drafts arrive at the time you pick. Reply "li 1" to schedule. Reply "edit x 2: shorter" to fix. The rest schedules itself.

Your first 7 days

No vague onboarding. Here is exactly what happens.
Day 1

30-min discovery call

Your goals, your audience, your existing content, your constraints. Decision at the end: build or do not build.

Day 2

Voice extraction

I read your last 50 LinkedIn posts, X tweets, blog posts. 40 voice signals captured into prompt config. You review the captured voice document.

Day 3 to 4

System build

Telegram bot live. Claude prompts tuned to your voice. Validator catches off-brand sentences before they reach you. Publer connected to your accounts.

Day 5 to 6

Voice tuning

Drafts start arriving. You approve, edit, reject. Each "edit" tunes the voice further. By day 6 most drafts pass on first read.

Day 7

Cron live + handoff

Daily run automated. Drafts in your Telegram every morning at the time you picked. Hand off complete.

Day 8+

5 minutes a morning. Forever.

Monthly check-in for prompt drift. Quarterly upgrade pass. Cancel any month if it stops fitting.

What you get

Telegram bot in your voice

LinkedIn drafts, X tweets, Reddit reply opportunities. Reply to schedule. Reply to edit. 30 seconds per piece.

Voice tuned to you, not a template

40 signals from your existing content. Validator rejects off-brand drafts before you see them. You only see what passes.

Auto-scheduling via Publer

Approved drafts schedule themselves. No copy-paste. The gap between "I have a draft" and "it is live" disappears.

Video pipeline (Pro tier)

3 talking-head shorts per day to IG, TikTok, YouTube. Your voice clone, your face, fully automated rendering and posting.

Email funnel (Growth+ tier)

Lead magnet PDF, 4-day drip, weekly nurture mail via Resend. Set once, runs forever.

You own everything

The bot, the configs, the prompts, the accounts. Cancel any month and walk away with the full system. No vendor lock-in.

Why me

FP

I built this engine. I run it on myself first.

I am Fernando. I built Outlast HQ, a SaaS execution coach app, and I market it through the exact same engine I install for clients. Every LinkedIn post, X tweet, and short-form video for that brand goes through the same Telegram bot, the same validator, the same Publer schedule.

The system has to work on me before I sell it. Last week the engine rendered 14 posts and 21 video drafts for my own brand. I wrote zero. I approved 7. I edited 2. I rejected 5. The 7 that shipped sound like me because the validator killed everything that did not.

Outlast Agency exists because three founder friends asked me to install it for them. Now I take 1 new client per month through 2026.

Who this is for

Solopreneur founders

SaaS, indie hacker, bootstrapped. €0 to €50k MRR. Knows content matters. Has no time to write daily.

Coaches and consultants

Active client base. Marketing slips when work gets busy. Pipeline is referral-only and that is fragile.

Service businesses

Real estate, financial advisors, agencies. Personal-brand-driven. Need consistency, not occasional brilliance.

Who this is not for

Hobbyists without revenue. €299 is real money. It should be paid for, not played with.

Founders without a unique angle. The system amplifies your voice. It does not invent one.

Anyone looking for viral hacks or content templates. This is a system, not a trick.

Founders who refuse to spend 5 minutes a morning approving drafts. The engine needs your eyes once a day or it drifts.

FAQ

How long until it is live?

1 week from voice-discovery call to cron live. If we miss day 7, the setup fee is refunded.

What if the drafts sound like AI?

The validator rejects them before you see them. If something off-brand still slips through, reply "edit li 1: drier" and the next pass learns. Voice tunes meaningfully over week 2 to 4.

Can it write about technical topics in my niche?

Yes. Voice and topic come from your existing content. If your last 50 posts are about Postgres internals or municipal bond yields, that is what the engine writes about. It does not invent expertise it does not have.

I am in a regulated industry. Will compliance break?

You approve every draft before it goes live. Nothing posts without your eyes on it. Compliance review stays in your hands. The engine just removes the writing time, not the review step.

What if I want to write some posts myself?

Skip the bot's draft for that day. Post your own. The bot does not post for you, it suggests. Hybrid is fine. Most clients write 1 to 2 manual posts per week and let the bot handle the rest.

What about my existing Publer / accounts?

You keep them. The bot connects to your accounts, schedules to your calendar, posts under your name. You own everything.

Why not just hire a ghostwriter?

A ghostwriter is buying fish. A content engine is learning to fish. Ghostwriters cost €2k+ per month, leave when you stop paying, and own the voice they built. The engine is yours.

How long until I see results?

Distribution is consistent from day 8. Engagement growth depends on your existing audience and content quality. Founders with 1k+ existing followers usually see 30 to 50 percent impression growth in 4 to 6 weeks. No follower count yet means slower compounding.

Can I cancel?

Any month, no fee. Setup fee is refundable only if we miss day 7. Monthly stops the day you cancel. You keep the bot, the configs, the prompts, the accounts.

Why only 1 client per month?

I am one operator. Each build takes 1 week of focused work. The other 3 weeks per month go into tuning live engines for existing clients. That is where retention comes from. Five clients on day 1 means five half-supported engines on day 30.
